I use systems thinking, organizational design, and practical experience to develop operating models, engagement frameworks, and feedback systems that help security teams work better with the businesses they support.

What creates trusted and productive security advisory relationships? I explore how communication, understanding, credibility, and relationships affect Security’s ability to influence decisions and manage risk.

How can security organizations learn systematically from their interactions with the business? I’m interested in turning conversations, friction, observations, and outcomes into signals that improve how Security operates.

My career has included IT security management, audit, risk management, governance, and business continuity. Today, my work focuses on Enterprise Security Business Enablement.

I do my best work when a problem is complex, the structure is unclear, and a useful model does not yet exist. I enjoy finding the underlying patterns, making them visible, and turning them into frameworks that people can apply.
